A truncated great hecatonicosachoron is a uniform polychoron and the truncated form of the great hecatonicosachoron. It is created by replacing all of the great dodecahedral cells with truncated great dodecahedra, and replacing each vertex with its small stellated dodecahedral vertex figure.
