A small dodecahemidodecahedron is a quasiregular nonconvex uniform polyhedron. Surrounding each vertex are two pentagons and two decagons. As an abstract polytope, it is related to the great dodecahemidodecahedron, which is obtained by replacing the pentagonal faces with pentragrams and the decagonal faces with decagrams.

Its Bowers' acronym is sidhid.
