Hypersociality is a category of sentience corresponding to a processing rate of 1032 bits/sec (a sentience quotient of 30-40 for a 100 kg individual).
Hypersocial sentient individuals are able to innately understand not only the workings of their own society, but also the interrelationships between multiple societies. This allows them to easily form fully integrated Type 3.0 Civilizations from communication between multiple stellar cultures.
