This category was created in an attempt to solve a problem with the Information Category that ended up being a grab bag category for a random collection of pages about anything and everything.
It is meant for pages that are purely information (that do not describe some verse or realm of any type or any other object or structure, does not describe an entity or group or even an ability).
It is not for pages about physics or math either as those already have their own categories.
This is mostly for pages that talk about something, not those that describe it. The distinction is subtle but it exists. Another good way of thinking about it is if a page has the same name as a category and describes what type of things fit in that category, that page probably belongs in here.
